We are prepared to arrange to send chilled Sperm to any destination out side the UK
Providing that the courier can get a package to you on a next day delivery
It is quite a complicated process
The costs involved are variable due to destination and individual requirements
We charge our basic stud fee
Plus the additional costs involved, A kit from fit and fertile which includes the chilling agent

We have found that each Kennel club has different requirements so you will need to do your own enquires for example you may need
A copy of a 3 generation pedigree
DNA swab
A Blood sample
Veterinary health certificate
Testicle certificate
All the above may or may not be required but it’s up to you to tell us what you need
Only supplying what you need helps us keep the costs down

The process
We only except pay pal you will need to open an account, we advise that you have an active account before your bitch comes into season
Contact us as soon as your bitch comes into season /heat
We will only order the kit required when we have a cleared payment
We recommend that you find a local vet that is happy to do the artificial Insemination
Ask if they are familiar with chilled semen if they are not then we recommend they contact fit and fertile for instructions as the chilling agent slows down the sperm to prolong its life and it will need careful handling to ensure it is correct for insemination

The vet will test your bitch and estimate a date of ovulation and will tell you when you should instruct us to arrange for collection
The kit that we have ordered from fit and fertile includes a chilling agent Our stud dog produces sperm
It is mixed with the chilling agent chilled for two hours is then packed with an ice pack
We take the package to a local pick up point and you should receive in it 24 hrs
We will provide you with a tracking number so you can check where your package is
We will ask you to check with your customs department before sending the package
So you meet the requirements needed to get through customs as quickly as possible
We ask for your cooperation giving us as many details as possible
We can not guarantee that the package will get through customs
We supply external invoices attached to your package
And can meet most requirements if you tell us what is needed
PLEASE NOTE We can not guarantee that you bitch will have a litter
We are prepared to provide more chilled semen, if the bitch does not get pregnant
For any reason: even if for example the bitch fails to ovulate or the sperm is not live and healthy on arrival
You will not be charged for the basic stud fee on the next package
but all additional costs you will be need to be paid again !

you can arrange and make payment before the bitch comes in season if required however
we do not refund once a payment has been made
once you have paid for chilled sperm, if for any reason this was no longer required your money will not be refunded
please do not ask us for a pup from our next litter and expect for the stud fee to be deducted
the payment will only be used for chilled sperm from our stud dogs
If due to unforseen circumstances you do not need the chilled sperm you have paid for no refund will be given
you have 12 months from date of payment to order your package containing chilled sperm
